Tea Party Pervert Rev. Grant Storms

Anti gay Republican and Christian fundamentalist Rev. Grant Storms, 53, a main protester against the largest gay event in New Orleans, the Southern Decadence festival, was arrested for obscenity at Lafreniere Park, New Orleans.

Lafreniere Park, New Orleans has a large play area for children.

Storm claims that he was not masturbating but urinating in a bottle on his lunch break. Two witnesses say they saw him masturbating.

According to The Advocate, two women saw Storms masturbating in his van, while watching children, and notified a parks employee who proceeded to call police.

The Tea Party Terrorist has been a stalker of Southern Decadence for years. As reported by The Advocate, Storms has orchestrated counter-events for Southern Decadence in the past, and in 2004, filed a lawsuit against gay rights group Action Wisconsin for defamation, but the suit was thrown out of court. He has also been an advocate for cleaning up the French Quarter, and has gone as far as filming sexual acts that took place during Southern Decadence, and screening his videos to lawmakers as a way to coerce them to stop allowing the annual festival from taking place.

Storms was released from the Jefferson Parish Correctional Center due to jail overcrowding.

Ultra-Conservative Politico Seeks Loving, Intimate Relationship (Species is NO object)

 I don’t love with my eyes, rather with my heart.  That’s why I’m willing to give anyone a chance – woman, mule, watermelon, it just don’t matter.  (But queers is out of the question.  God hates the gays.)  In fact, as I am vehemently opposed to abortion, I actually prefer intimate relations with species for which there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy.

Quitting Quitter Quits CPAC

Sarah Palin, The Quitting Quitter from Wasilla has quit CPAC. She was expected to headline the event and now will leave that field to Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell and the foot stomping candidate Senator Rand Paul.

Fellow Quitting Quitters are quitting because GoProud are co-sponsors of the event.

Also quitting the event are the Family Research Council, Concerned Women for America, Liberty University, and the Heritage Foundation, Senators Jim DeMint and Marco Rubio, Representative Jim Jordan and New Jersey Governor Chris Christie. It appears that they all feared “teh gay”.

The Quitting Quitter was going to make a statement on why she quit, but she quit half way through the statement.

Chris Staples, a citizen of Carroll County GA, woke up with his home set a blaze after receiving a threatening anti-gay note. Staples gives the account of a rock with the threatening note being thrown through his window as he was watching t.v. and finishing a cigarette. He said the note read “We know you’re gay. And God hates gays. You won’t be raping anybody in the county and God’s going to make sure that you burn in hell.’ And something about my daddy… my daddy will make sure you burn in hell.” Several later Staples woke up with his house burning to the ground, and was luck to barely escape.

Did Sarah Palin call the American Family Association a bunch of closet cased Homos?

Sarah Plain is causing confusion among the brain bigots that frequent sites like Hot Air.

Sarah Palin has since 2008 tried to ride the coat-tails of every far right American movement going. She wants to be Christian Right and Libertarian at the same time. There has not been a right wing cause that Fox has tried to avoid branding with the Palin image and selling to her supporters.

She may have found difficulty with the gays.

In February 2009 she read from a pre-prepared script that she completely opposed the repeal of DADT. It was not a tax cut and it was not Alaska, so therefore the repeal of DADT must be Communist and supported by Terrorist lovers; that nice Christian Prince Alwaleed bin Talal told her so and she repeated it on what has now become a Palin informercial with Chris Wallace.

The pre-packaged Bible Spice squawked at the general direction of Chris Wallace when asked whether she supported the repeal of DADT

“I don’t think so right now. I’m surprised that the President spent that on his State of the Union speech when he only spent about nine percent of his time in the State of the Union on national security issues. And I say that because there are other things to be worried about right now with the Military.”

Now move forward to 2011. Fox News is still promoting the Quitter from Wasilla and she has lasted longer on the Fox News Network than she did as Governor.

Her paid Twitter expert re-tweeted a message from right-wing radio blogger Tammy Bruce.

Bruce is busy running round the place explaining that shows that the Bible Spice Queen has changed her position on gays. Gay people have been demoted on the hate list because in 2011 it is the Muslims and the blacks Republicans hate. Gay people are currently safe from Palin hate.

As some brain bigots understand at Red State

– if Plain Sarah has not just flip-flopped on DADT then she has called the Republicans and Christian Conservatives a bunch of closet cased homos. They are, according to Sarah Plain, people who doth protest too much.

So which is it? Are people like the American Family Association a bunch of self hating homo bigots or is Sarah showing her support for gays?

Why do Republicans still hate gay soldiers?

John Mccain led the filibuster and as a result the Republicans used their minority status to block the repeal of Don’t Ask Don’t Tell. His filibuster means that the Senate will not even debate the repeal of DADT.

So why does John McCain hate American troops and why did other Republicans go along with the hate spree?

Well it all fits in with the Summer of Hate. This is a continuance of the bashing of minorities that we saw whipped up by Republicans during the Summer when they decided to bash Muslim Americans for “the crime” of being Muslim.

Sadly, Senator Blanche Lincoln gave Republicans cover and voted with Republicans, as did her Arkansas partner in hate Mark Pryor. Who does she think will vote for her? Dancing with bigots will not save her seat. She has just thrown away any chance of any of the Democratic base voting for her. I will eat a big dish of crow pie of she manages to hold on.

The final vote was 56-43. Harry Reid voted no at last minute, which allows him as Senate Leader to bring the bill back.

Lisa Murkowski, the Senator successfully primaried by loony Christine O’Donnell did not vote.

So on first glance it appears that the lobbying of Olympia Snowe and Susan Collins by Lady Gaga failed. I doubt it and I also doubt that the “Maine sisters” have heard the last of Lady Gaga. She has moved them away from outright Republican hatred of gays for a start.

They now claim that they are committed to ending Don’t Ask Don’t Tell, but that the big bad Democratic Party would not let Republicans have an open amendment process, and so they just couldn’t vote to allow for debate. This is nothing but a ridiculously obvious stupid lie. An excuse for inaction because they know that the GOP will if elected never vote to repeal DADT.

Here is Senator Levin pointing out the idiocy of Collins argument about why her vote to refuse any debate is because she is concerned about a lack of debate. Collins is first.

The simple fact is they joined with their fellow Republicans to not even allow debate on the repeal of DADT. By their vote they decided to continue the Summer of Hate.

One thing for sure is that it is an absolutely stupid idea that a 56-43 vote to debate means the vote fails. The filibuster must go or be reformed. It is not good for democracy.

Most Western military forces have now removed policies excluding sexual minority members; of the 26 countries that participate militarily in NATO, 22 permit open lesbians, gays, or bisexuals to serve; of the permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, three (United Kingdom, France, and Russia) do so. The United States stands alone with their discrimination.
