Tea Party Terrorists storm the offices of the National Republican Senatorial Committee.

June 28, 2011 1 comment

Leaving drool marks across DC, mouth breathing teabaggers funded by the Koch brothers freedom works campaign stormed the offices of the NRSC to demand the head of Senator Orrin Hatch.

Although no Primary candidate exists, the rent a mob from freedom works demanded that the NRSC keep out of the Utah Primaries, despite having an elected representative, one who has served seven terms.

Hatch who can hardly be described as moderate is opposed by the Tea Party because he can speak in words of more than one syllable. On every major issue, Hatch is a right-winger. However he has had 7 terms in office and to the Koch brothers that meanshe is no longer sufficiently malleable.

The Koch brothers found 60 useful idiots to storm the offices of the NRSC holding signs like “Down with Hatch” and “People choose, not the party.”

An NRSC official told the teabaggers to take their howling outside. Some drooling teabaggers got their tongues stuck on the doormat.

Two Utah residents whose tongues did not drag completely were allowed to meet with Rob Jesmer, the executive director of the NRSC.

According to reports from the Daily Caller, tongue dragger Jacqueline Smith who met with Jesmer demanded that he speaks to Sen. Cornyn to “ask if they would consider changing the rules that would make it so they would only support the Republicans after the primary. Jesmer reportedly said ‘I don’t think that’s going to happen,”

Her tongue would have dropped to the floor at the bluntness of the response but it was pretty much on the floor already.

FreedomWorks is a 501c non-profit, that runs formal boot camps. For their more literate followers they have a required reading list of Saul Alinsky, Frédéric Bastiat and Ayn Rand.

According to Republicans campaigning politically as a non profit should be banned*.

(*This suggestion they may only apply to liberal groups)

Dear Mr. President,

I am most grateful for the graciousness and kindness you have shown me and my family – particularly your confidence in my ability to represent you in China. Mary Kaye and I will begin our journey tomorrow – leaving behind a state we love – but also anticipating an extraordinary experience in Beijing. You are a remarkable leader – and it has been a great honor getting to know you.

So just what will the teabaggers do with this?

Protest in peace, Brian Haw. May you always be remembered.

Peace campaigner Brian Haw has died after “a long hard fight” against lung cancer, his family has announced.

In June 2001 Brian Haw set up Parliament Square to protest against UK and US foreign policy towards Iraq.

Initially, the protest was against the sanctions against Iraq. His vigil started after seeing the images and information produced by the Mariam Appeal, an anti-sanctions campaign. Haw justified his campaign on a need to improve his children’s future. He only left his makeshift campsite in order to attend court hearings, surviving on food brought by supporters and well-wishers.

He later extended the protest to include opposition to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. The protest became part of the scenery of London, despite numerous attempts to remove him and the posters. Among the artwork displayed was a Banksy stencil of two soldiers painting a peace sign and Leon Kuhn’s anti-war political caricature 3 Guilty Men. It was a symbol of protest for a decade.

Westminster City Council attempted to prosecute Haw for causing an obstruction to the pavement in October 2002 but the case failed as Haw’s banners did not impede movement. The continuous use of a megaphone by Haw led to objections by Members of Parliament who have offices close to his protest. The House of Commons Procedure Committee in 2003 heard evidence that claimed permanent protests in Parliament Square could be used by terrorists to disguise explosive devices, and resulted in a recommendation that the law be changed to prohibit them.

The Labour Government passed a provision banning all unlicensed protests, permanent or otherwise, in the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (sections 132 to 138); however, because Brian Haw’s protest was started before the Act was passed his protest a judicial review ruled that his protest could not be banned on a retroactive basis.

The Government appealed to the Court of Appeal, which decided “that Parliament intended that those sections of the Act should apply to a demonstration in the designated area, whether it started before or after they came into force. Any other conclusion would be wholly irrational and could fairly be described as manifestly absurd”.

While the Government was appealing the decision, Haw made his protest compliant with the Serious and Organised Crime act by applying for permission to protest. The police granted the application but only on condition that his display of placards was no more than 3 m wide.

Brian Haw's anti war protest

In the early hours of 23 May 2006, 78 police arrived and removed all but one of Haw’s placards citing continual breached conditions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 as their reason for doing so. This police operation against one man cost over £27,000.

The police prosecuted for his breach of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005. Brian refused to enter a plea. The Court entered a plea of not guilty on his behalf.

Haw was acquitted on the grounds that the conditions he was accused of breaching were not sufficiently clear, and that they should have been imposed by a police officer of higher rank. District Judge Purdy ruled: “I find the conditions, drafted as they are, lack clarity and are not workable in their current form.”

The placards were returned.

In January 2008, seven people were arrested, outside the Downing Street gates, including Brian Haw because they were protesting the Serious and Organised Crime Act.

He was injured, while “filming the students lying down in the road when one officer stepped forward, as I was walking back, and pushed the camera with his hand. It struck my face.” He added that he was “dragged” by police into a police van, who pushed “my head close to the ground with my arms handcuffed high above my back”.

In May 2010, Mr Haw was charged with obstructing police during searches of tents on the green. Speaking after a court appearance, he set out his intention to remain in the square for the rest of his life.

The Conservative Mayor of London, Boris Johnson, won a possession order to evict Mr Haw and other campaigners from Parliament Square Gardens, which is owned by the Greater London Authority (GLA). He moved the protest on to the pavement, which is owned by Westminster City Council.

The driving force of his protest was his love of his own family. He said the children of Iraq and other countries were “every bit as valuable and worthy of love as my precious wife and children”.

“I want to go back to my own kids and look them in the face again, knowing that I’ve done all I can to try and save the children of Iraq and other countries who are dying because of my government’s unjust, amoral, fear – and money-driven policies,”

The whole of the British government, from the Mayor of London to Parliament and the Courts could not silence that message. He will be missed and never forgotten.

The “exciting” Tea Party alternative to “Summer Camp”.

June 17, 2011 4 comments

Summer Camp to Tea Party types has become too socialist. While the idea of going kayaking through rapids or horse riding through mountains may not sound like a horrible commie plot to most people, never underestimate the idiocy of the tea-bagger.

The young child of the knuckle dragging Tea Party type can expect to look forward to:

“learning the principles of liberty, free markets, and limited government. They will also learn the values of personal responsibility, faith, courage, hard work, reverence and thrift.”

Jeff Lukens, of “American Thinker” irrelevance promises much excitement

“We want to impart to our children what our nation is about, and what they may or may not be told,” Lukens said.

He said he was not familiar with public school curriculum, but, “I do know they have a lot of political correctness. We are a faithful people, and when you talk about natural law, you have to talk about God. When you take that out of the discussion, you miss the whole thing.”

Exciting activities include winning hard candies that get replaced by “paper money” by a banker. Over time, the paper loses its value, while the gold standard hard candies retain their value. All this to excitingly teach the poor offspring of a Tea Party type the value of the gold standard.

Presumably, to fully teach Republican values, the banker will then demand half of everyones remaining money because he is about to declare bankruptcy and he then relends that money back out to them at an exorbitant rate.

To excitingly and accurately teach the children about other cultures and how America is Number One, they will be made to go in to an “austere” room and forced in to silence. This is to teach the children about Europe. They can then go through an exciting obstacle course to arrive in a brightly painted room known as “The New World”. Camp site managers will then throw red white abd blue confetti for “fun”, after which the children will be excitedly forced to clean up the confetti. This supposedly teaches them with “freedom comes responsibility”.

Children will then excitedly blow bubbles from a single container of soapy solution, and then pop each other’s bubbles with squirt guns “in an arrangement that mimics socialism”. They are to count how many bubbles they pop. Then they will work with individual bottles of solution and pop their own bubbles. “What they will find out is that you can do a lot more with individual freedom”

If enough Tea baggers inflict this child abuse sign up for this exciting summer camp, The Tampa 912 project wants to bring their special brand of greed based education to a school near you.

Their founding principles make for great reading :-

4. The family is sacred. My spouse and I are the ultimate authority, not the government.

Tell that to a policeman.

5. If you break the law you pay the penalty. Justice is blind and no one is above it.

Doesn’t that conflict with 4?

7. I work hard for what I have and I will share it with who I want to. Government cannot force me to be charitable.

I thought government encourages charitable giving via tax breaks? Oh, they mean taxes for the supply of things like the emergency services, social security, roads.

8. It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion.

Unless of course the President is a Republican.

9. The government works for me. I do not answer to them, they answer to me.

Go to an army base and say that.

12 Values: Honesty, Reverence, Hope, Thrift, Humility, Charity, Sincerity, Moderation, Hard Work, Courage, Personal Responsibility, and Gratitude.

Moderation? I thought supporting moderates, aka RINOs was a No No to Teabaggers.

The best of Weiner on this sadly avoidable day

Unlike Republicant perverts, Weiner did not drag his wife out in a show of “support”. Weiner apologised for “the embarrassment” that he caused and declared that he hoped to continue to fight for the causes dear to his constituents.

Republicants who have had numerous affairs with everything from animals to underage page boys, tend to get re-packaged for a Presidential campaign.

Liberal members of Congress, who never preach their morality over others do not get such leeway.

Weiner said “I make this apology to my neighbours and my constituents, but I make it particularly to my wife, Huma.”

Republicant Newt Ginrich who preaches morality for all but not for thee, in contrast told his cancer stricken wife – I divorce you for a younger fitter model.

Weiner declared he was resigning “so my colleagues can get back to work, my neighbours can choose a new representative and, most importantly, that my wife and I can continue to heal from the damage I have caused”

Republicant Mark Foley was at the same stage busy texting underage boys despite working on the committee to protect children.

Larry Craig was busy measuring bathroom stalls for his “wide stance”.

While we may joke, while we may laugh, I will miss the voice of Weiner in Congress, who to me had become more important after the gerrymandered loss of Rep Grayson.

Today, I am sad but Rep. Weiner has done the right thing. I feel for his family.

I hope he is and feels able to return to politics before too long. I for one will miss his voice.

Republiscums discover Santorum has a google problem

June 15, 2011 2 comments

PoorRepubliscum and idiot Hillbuzzard. I hope it has given lots of money to our Kevin, he’s being feeling sad and lonely lately.

Good morning Bridget & all of you wonderful HillBuzzers! I really like Rick Santorum and thought he did a great job in Monday’s debate. I wanted to do a new post about why he is the most qualified candidate in the current field, but I got derailed & was deeply saddened by all the hate I saw when I tried to research him. I don’t care what your political ideology is, the degrading defamation of Rick Santorum’s very name IS an attack on our entire society, even our children, because it is now completely unsafe to allow a child to do any sort of online research about candidates for POTUS. This man has children and now their names have become x-rated horrors. The guy behind the atrocity is, ironically, the guy behind the “it gets better” so called anti-bullying campaign that Obama supports & made a video for. An anti-bullying campaign by the most vicious cyber bully in America.
People are rightly outraged against smears of Sarah Palin, but where are the people denouncing the most brutal attack on an American politician ever? Please read & share my post about it:…
I think the lack of coverage of Rick Santorum’s excellent credentials is a direct result of this nasty bullying – people are afraid to even use the man’s name because of what those vile hateful jackals have done. I would even denounce such an attack if it were directed at Obama (who I can’t stand) because it is so over the top evil and cruel. All decent people need to stand up against this, or you’ll see more of the same and not just against RS.

Of course no mention of Santorum is complete without a direct link to the definition of Santorum. We should all spread the definition of Santorum. /

And if you ever wanted to be reminded why this nasty man became associated with a rather nasty substance, this wiki article  should remind you.

In an April 7, 2003 interview with the Associated Press, Santorum stated, “If the Supreme Court says that you have the right to consensual [gay] sex within your home, then you have the right tobigamy, you have the right to polygamy, you have the right to incest, you have the right to adultery. You have the right to anything. Does that undermine the fabric of our society? I would argue yes, it does.”[13][14][15][16] Santorum further stated that he believed consenting adults do not have a constitutional right to privacy with respect to sexual acts.[17] He stated regarding the concept of marriage within the law, “In every society, the definition of marriage has not ever to my knowledge included homosexuality. That’s not to pick on homosexuality. It’s not, you know, man on child, man on dog, or whatever the case may be. It is one thing.”[18][19]

To the Republlicant Santorum fan, this nasty bigot is associated with rather messy slime because like most homophobic Republicants, it is a disgustingly slimy individual.

People will stop linking the Santorum to the slimy messy substance, should that slimy messy substance stop using his place in Party politics as a platform to spread homophobia.

Well there is not that much else you can say about Santorum, it leaves a nasty mess on the sheets and the real one is comfortable in a white one.

There is nothing you can say about Santorum and education policy, Santorum like all Rethugs wants tax cuts for billionaires and services cut for everyone else. Santorum has no real foreign policy except hate everyone.

It is really difficult to write an article about Santorum, the man who makes the Taliban look good on the rights of women and gays
