Nate Silver’s current General Election forecast

Wipeout. The worst result for Labour in 90 years.

This is using current opinion poll figures. Labour are looking at their worst share of the vote since 1918. Gordon Brown insulting Labour voters has not been taken in to account.

If Labour voters are really offended by Gordon Brown and his gaffe yesterday and there is no reason to presume they are not, Clegg needs to take advantage of it.  He has been told not to.

Traditional Labour voters are normally not likely to vote Lib Dem, the chances of them voting for the Conservative candidate are even less than the chance of Norman Tebbit voting for Sinn Fein.

That leaves very few options. It would be a complete irony of the situation if the BNP gained anything from this and I’m guessing that the British Nazi Party is lapping this up.

I really wish Labour would “Go Fourth”

John Prescott is almost as demented as his colleague Gordon Brown. He writes on his blog,  ironically called Go Fourth (which is where Labour could end up finishing)

…. today the Murdoch family reached a new low in their desperate attempt to turn the election for the Tories.

News International’s Sky News broadcast a PRIVATE conversation between Gordon and his staff.

The very same News International that tapped hundreds of phones and saw one of their reporter’s jailed after listening and publishing conversations involving the Royal Family.

The News of the World and its then editor Andy Coulson claimed it was a ‘rogue reporter’ and that Cameron’s spin doctor knew nothing about it.

So why did they pay off over a million to Gordon Taylor and Max Clifford to buy their silence?

What Murdoch’s Sky News did today was just as bad as his paper’s phone tapping.

It was a breach of privacy, it was underhand and it was done in the pursuit of ratings and political influence.

So let’s show them that Britain is not for sale.

That an Australian with an American passport cannot buy our General Election.

And I’ll be the first to proudly proclaim on May 7 – “It’s the Sun Wot Lost It”

Balls to Prescott.

So what was wrong about Gordon Brown calling a Labour voter a bigot wasn’t Brown saying what he said it was Brown getting caught for saying what he said? Prescott sounds like one of the villains at the end of a Scooby Doo episode.

To Neo Con Labour the Murdoch press was great while they were promoting Blair, especially when they ran all the terrorism stories, which helped Blair and Prescott with their blood lust in Iraq.

The Murdoch empire was great for Neo Con Labour when The Sun printed the faces of the Members of Parliament voting against 90 days internment without trial – calling them traitors (and worse).

Murdoch was great when he was selling Neo Con Labour’s ID cards.

Murdoch was great when he was selling stupid anti terror laws that turned the right to protest in to a right to “request” a protest, that stopped people being able to photograph the police or even buildings.

Prescott was very happy for Murdoch to sell the Neo Con Labour dream.

A dream that smashed opportunity for the poorest in the Country. Neo Con Labour were happy that the Murdoch press helped fuel the property market and they were happy that the real story of the rising debt criss did not get covered.

They were happy that they let Gordon Brown get away with claiming he had “abolished boom and bust”.

Prescott was happy that the press did not pick up on the doubling of tax for the lower paid. Something that was supposed to be implemented the other side of a General Election. If Gordon had of called that election when he was going to there would have been nothing done to reduce that burden.

People on benefits are worse off than they were under the the Tories in 1997, very good news for the millions now unemployed as a result of Neo Con Labour.

The poorest five % are much worse off than 1997. Their incomes have actually dropped.

Fewer Council houses were built under Neo Con Labour than under Thatcher.

Prescott was happy when this was not being reported by his then Murdoch chums.

Labour effectively abolished right to buy, which allowed people a way up and out of poverty. They gave that right to buy to “Housing Action trusts” and all the various other names they have called those schemes since then. Residents could not buy their own home, but some giant Housing Association could privatise their estate. They even got to vote on it. If residents voted no, therefore refusing to transfer their estate from the council to the new private company their estate would be starved of capital, starved of repairs money and denied regeneration funds. All this done by a Labour government, enjoying the active support of the Murdoch press.

Expanded NHS and schools budgets have had all that extra money swallowed up, not by more teachers but by Labour cronies sucking the budget dry with credit card rates of interest for new buildings. PFI deal with Labour donors, after PFI deal means that we do not know how much debt this Country is actually in and will maybe never know.

So yeah, I would just love to see Labour go fourth. Fourth place after the Monster Raving Loony Party.

Prescott – screw you and your war crimes, screw you and your cronies, screw you and your attacks on students and the poor. Go rot in hell with Donald Rumsfield, Dick Cheney and George Bush.

I can not wait until May 7th, waking up to see that the Neo Con wing of the Labour Party gave Labour their worst defeat since 1918. I will then be happy to say “It’s Gordon wot lost it”.

Just a week until this economic idiocy ends?

Will we ever learn?

House price inflation is up to 10.5%.

Great whoopedy do. Rampant house price inflation got us in to this economic mess in the first place.

Spurred on by a growing level of “equity” people borrowed more and more against their house. People felt richer, even though their salaries were not going up. So what was really happening to their pay packet did not matter. Visa and Mastercard could pick up the slack.

Then it collapsed.

And now we are supposed to celebrate the cycle starting again?

Everyone is a bigot now.

Who's the bigot?

Dear x

As you may know, I have apologised to Mrs Duffy for remarks I made in the back of the car after meeting her on the campaign trail in Rochdale today. I would also like to apologise to you.

I know how hard you all work to fight for me and the Labour Party, and to ensure we get our case over to the public. So when the mistake I made today has so dominated the news, doubtless with some impact on your own campaigning activities, I want you to know I doubly appreciate the efforts you make.

Many of you know me personally. You know I have strengths as well as weaknesses. We all do. You also know that sometimes we say and do things we regret. I profoundly regret what I said this morning.

I am under no illusions as to how much scorn some in the media will want to heap upon me in the days ahead.

But you, like I, know what is at stake in the days ahead and so we must redouble our campaigning efforts to stop Britain returning to a Tory Party that would do so much damage to our economy, our society and our schools and NHS, not least in places like Rochdale.

The worst thing about today is the hurt I caused to Mrs Duffy, the kind of person I came into politics to serve. It is those people I will have in my mind as I look ahead to the rest of the campaign.

You will have seen me in one context on the TV today. I hope tomorrow you see once more someone not just proud to be your leader, but also someone who understands the economic challenges we face, how to meet them, and how that improves the lives of ordinary families all around Britain.

Bollocks. Gordon and Neo Con Labour are not sorry for what they said. They really do think that working class Northerners are thick stupid bigots.  Brown is sorry he got caught.

His reaction on the Jeremy Vine show says it all.

He does not care about Labour voters. He doubled taxes for the lowest paid in the Country to fund tax cuts for the City.

Labour candidates do not care because people like Mrs Duffy are the type of people who come out and vote Labour every single time.

Let’s be clear. Brown is apologising because he got caught and because this time even the “thick Northern bigots” have a choice. The thick Northern bigots and the “old bigots”, however Gordon and his boss Lord Mandleson of Loaded refers to them in private have a choice. It’s not just Labour or the scary Tories now.

We also know that if the cameras had followed Brown, Mrs Duffy would probably be in jail now for some random breach of Neo Con Labours “Anti terrorist” laws. It has happened before.

Mrs Duffy is  also lucky ID card laws are not fully implemented. Some Labour minder would have been demanding her papers.

Gordon Brown calls lifelong Labour voter a bigot.

The Neo-Con Labour Leader has gaffed again.

He met up with life long working class Labour voters and he was plainly disgusted by what he saw.

One of Gordon Brown’s handlers thought it would be a good idea to introduce him to the grass-roots of the Labour Party. The kind of people who have voted Labour all of their lives because voting Labour to them is the right thing to do. The kind of people he tried to appeal to when HE gabbled on about “British jobs for British workers”. So that makes him a bigot?

Brown had a discussion with the life-long Labour voter Gillian Duffy in the street during a visit to Rochdale, covering issues about how can working class students go to university when Labour is imposing tuition fees and loans on students, state pensions and taxation on pensions, pension credit and Eastern European immigration.

Brown was clearly upset about being questioned by a Labour voter. You could see the frustration in his face. He really did not think people understood issues such as the amount of debt Neo Con Labour put this Country in for its blood lust in Iraq.

Neo Con Labour members are not happy unless they are sipping champagne in Islington, laughing at the working class. It’s what they do. To Neo Con Labour, Mrs Duffy is just a thick old Labour voter who despite being ridiculed will still vote Labour. She may get some red roses and a cheap box of chocolates as an apology. I doubt that she will even get that from him.

Neo Con Labour thinks the working class are too thick.

After he finished talking to her Brown got into his car to say: “You should never have put me with that woman. Whose idea was that? Sue’s I think.

“Everything she said – she’s just this old bigoted woman.”

A great way to talk about working class pensioners Gordon.

Brown clearly showed what he thinks of Northern working class voters.

If Labour voters are thick enough to vote him again they deserve the contempt Brown has for them as well as the contempt felt by the other 80% of the Country.

If Rochdale do not throw Neo-Con Labour out then yes that proves Gordon Brown is right.

Remember – Neo Con Labour is not the Labour Party of old.

UPDATE – Guido reports Gordon is off to add fuel to the fire.

UPDATE 2 – Lord Mandleson of BPI kickbacks says Gordon will be reprogrammed. “Brown does not hold these views“.

UPDATE 3 – I was reminded that this is the PM who darkens the photos of black Leaders.

UPDATE 4 – This is a Prime Minister so contemptible of the views of others, he told Nick Clegg to “get real”. There is a pattern here.

What’s the difference between Arizona and the UK under a 4th term Labour Government?

In the UK you can still stop this from happening.

Stop the Arizona race hate law proposed by Neo Con Labour.
