Submitted on Friday – Still Not Up. I want a UK War Crimes Investigation.

Submitted to the Downing Street website on Friday. Not yet “approved”.

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to expedite the enquiry into the full circumstances of the Iraq war. This enquiry should cover ministerial conduct, the issues surrounding the lead up to the start of the war, the prosecution of that war and the consequences of that War. The enquiry should be fully prepared to consider references to whether the UK was complicit in War crimes, especially in light of recent revelations by the Government of the United States of America.

Any enquiry should cover
Issues surrounding Ministerial statements about Weapons of mass destruction. The numbers of Iraqi citizens that died as a result of the War. The effects on terrorism generated by the Iraq War. The economic consequences for Iraq of the War and our resulting liabilities. British complicity in torture. Whether statements made to the House about our full involvement in Iraq and our complicity in torture hold true. Whether Ministers lied about torture to the Courts about their knowledge of torture during the Binyam Mohamed case.

If a new bill called ‘Exercise of Reasonable Discretion’ gets through parliament as I suspect it will because it has received no publicity in the mainstream press get through, I doubt there will be any way that ministers will be held to account.

In short, it will allow any public servant, including MP’s to use a legal definition called ‘reasonable discretion’ as a justification for their actions. In effect, so long as they can claim that they exercise this discretion, then they cannot be held responsible for any of their actions. I have posted on this subject, maybe you could do the same? http://www.power-to-the-people.co.uk/2009/04/mps-seek-immunity-prosecution/

Who will put all the mad mullahs on trial for war crimes, you feed their hate.
The Taliban are a living fighting machine that must be crushed, this is an organization that speads hate and fear under the guise of religion.
We must protect our people from their grasp, especially homosexuals and people of feeble minds not to mention women.

That sounds more like ZanuLabour and their NeoCon American Cousins for the last 8 years. How many stories a day does Fox and the BBC come out with about “Muslim terrorism”? Who is spreading fear now? ZannuLab and the NeoCons. Just as the Anti Nazi Grooups are still hunting down every last Nazi we should do that with every last ZanuNuLab / NeoCon leaflet dropper all the way to their Cabinet.
