Free My Land – Iran’s Void Election

This is a very moving video from Mousavi. What happened in Iran must not be forgotten, simply because it has fallen out of the news.

The Supreme Leader of Iran Just Issued A Fattwa Against His Own Regime

The now increasingly fascist regime in Iran has stepped up its campaign against the democracy protesters. Five hundred human rights activists have been arrested.

This is in addition to hundreds of journalists and students.

Ayatollah Khameni confirmed what many consider to now be fraudulent election results. By validating the fraud, he has signed the death warrant of his administration. This was exacerbated by his response to peaceful protests that broke out as a result of the declaration. The murderous troops of
Hezbollah, brought in by the Government to suppress the Iranian people violently attacked and killed many civilians.

Hezbollah forces are working hand in hand with the Basijis with efficient brutality. They have become known as the Civil Forces. They have carried out assaults at the University of Shiraz, Esfehan, the dorms at the Kermanshah University, Babol University, Semnan, Ghazvin and others not yet confirmed. Hundreds of students have been arrested. Many savagely beaten or murdered.

The shooting of Neda Agha Soltan horrified people. She was not the only one. There are many more victims of the new “Civil Force”.

These include Nasser Amirzarad, from The School of Space and Astronomy at the University of Tehran, his body was found in Yassuj (Near Khoram Abad, state of Fars).

Kiyanoush Assa born in Kermansha, from the School of Chemistry at The University of Sciences and Technology of Tehran.

Mustafa Ghanian, another student who was away from the university and was shot and killed by the Civil Forces.

Ashkan Zahabian, a student of Babol University, is in a coma due to the ferocious and savage attacks of the Ansar Hezbollah forces.

The shoot out in the University of Esfahan dormitory is now infamous.

University Professors after the dormitory massacres arranged a a sit-in demonstration in front of the University Mosque to protest the brutality rendered upon students. They literally braved their necks by signing a petition statement against Government brutality and called the election fraudulent.

70 of the Professors who went to visit with Mir Hossein Mousavi were detained by Government forces, although some are being released.

Hundreds of Students have gone missing. It is not known whether they are dead, in prison or in hiding. THe following lists are those students now confirmed in jail as a result of the attacks on the dormitories of the University of Tehran, Shiraz, Isfahan,

The list below are the names of the students within the respective universities who were taken into custody and posted:

While The Deaths Continue – Iran May Cut Off Diplomatic Ties To The UK

There have been reports of riots outside of the British embassy in Iran by Ahmadinejad supporters. This includes gun shot. Given what has been said already about British involvement by the Ayatollah, this may be used as a catalyst to break diplomatic relations.

If Iran does this – it will be making a big mistake.

Sadly the shootings of civilians by Government thugs continue.

An Act of Terrorism By The Government of Iran Against The People of Iran

This is from the Official Government News Agency of Iran

Iran’s Guardian Council has admitted that the number of votes collected in 50 cities surpass the number of those eligible to cast ballot in those areas.

The council’s Spokesman Abbas-Ali Kadkhodaei, who was speaking on the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) Channel 2 on Sunday, made the remarks in response to complaints filed by Mohsen Rezaei — a defeated candidate in the June 12 Presidential election.

“Statistics provided by Mohsen Rezaei in which he claims more than 100% of those eligible have cast their ballot in 170 cities are not accurate — the incident has happened in only 50 cities,” Kadkhodaei said.

The spokesman, however, said that although the vote tally affected by such an irregularity is over 3 million, “it has yet to be determined whether the amount is decisive in the election results,” reported Khabaronline.

The Basij have been set free, invading the homes of people at night, there are horrifying videos where you hear mothers and children being dragged out from their beds screaming. A young student, who was out protesting with Lecturers has been murdered by Government forces. Neda, is now considered a martyr.

This video is extremely shocking and sad. This account, which is either from her real sister, or even as a sister of a revolution, wakens you to the poignancy of that murder by the forces of the Iranian state.

Foreign Journalists are going missing and the Photo Journalist who runs Tehran Now has also gone missing. Newsweek reporter Maziar Bahari was arrested without charge on Sunday morning in Tehran, and has not been heard from since.

There are rumours that Mousavi may be facing arrest, The Washington Post believes that the Government are drawing up papers for his arrest.. His feed Mousavi1388 has been down as has his news agency. He has already announced that he is prepared for martyrdom and has called for a General Strike if he is arrested.

# GhalamNews (our newsagency) seems to be hacked. Please await further instructions #IranElection 9 hours ago
# I am prepared For martyrdom, go on strike if I am arrested

The Government of Iran should remember it was the strikes that finished off the Shah back in 1979.

The people are responding by building barricades in the street.

On Iran, I think that the Republicans & Their Friends Have Aspergers.

A friend of mine considers me to be an Aspy, but that does not make me a Republican. The GOP and their approach to the situation in Iran have shown to them to have the same disregard of the consequences of their comments that those who are Aspies can have.

Take John McCain. (Go on please, take him anywhere). Whose last contribution towards Foreign Policy on Issues of Iran was such a success.

Well now, he wants the President of The United States of America to intervene and call the election in Iran fraudulent.

I wonder what Republicans would have said if Middle East politicians had intervened in the 2000 Elections?

Florida 2000

The picture links back to the story if you need any more reminders of the pain from the 2000 Election.

They have all swallowed the same bigotaid. Mittens is doing it.

And of course Fox News is doing it. Fox News have swallowed the very same bigotaid that the stupid of stupid readers at Nothalfbigoted NoQuarter have swallowed.

If Secret Agent Flowbee had ever wanted to regain some credibility after his ridiculous whitey tape incident, which resulted in Michelle Malkin of all people calling him a nut and highlighting this blog report why he should never be trusted, this issue is one where his thoughts may be welcome. After all his many years of experience on “terrorism and counter intelligence” (lol) may have led to some wise words of wisdom.

But no – he has left the NoQuarter discussions on Iran up to his ratfucking “Neo-Con Dems”. Take the idiotic statement of “Seattle Moss”, straight out of the Fox News line of the day.

Liberating Iraq is now having the desired effects of spreading the hope of freedom throughout the region and especially in Iran.
However, Obama doesn’t believe in freedom and looks lovingly to dictators as the model to follow.

Even a free and liberated Iraq with rights for Women and the yoke of tyranny lifted is not enough for those who are still against the war.

The events in Iran are showing us the power of liberty despite the costs involved…

Obama is no champion of liberty or the freedom movement in Iran.

This of course is the Free Iraq that has been left to Local Militia, paid and armed by the US and UK army to cut down on terrorism. Nothing like paying terrorists to stop terrorism. Especially, when the result of the Iraq war was to change a Country that was secular, to one run by militia using the Shi’a sect of the Muslim religion as an excuse to torture gays and murder women for “crimes” of adultery. Operation Freedom indeed.

It is no surprise that the American right have no shame for the crimes that their Government committed in Iraq. They have no shame that having threatened Iraq, Iran and North Korea, and then by invading Iraq, that the Countries of Iran and North Korea would up their arms anté. Iraq got invaded because they could not show that they had no weapons of mass destruction. Iran and North Kuwait have not been invaded because they made their military strength quite known.

More sabre rattling from a McCain Government would have meant there most definitely would have been a nuclear programme in Iran.

Thankfully, those protesting in Iran will not be getting the help of American Conservatives. Nor should the President intervene.

The Ayatollah may have bitten off more than he can chew by countenancing these election results, but that is for the People of Iran to decide. It should not be the official policy of the United States.

Most definitely given what McCain has said about Iran I remain ever grateful to the 69.3 million Americans who picked the right man for the job in November. If those highly suspicious reports about Clinton and Biden wanting Obama to get tougher, are right, I thank the Democratic Party for picking the right candidate.

I think that the opinions expressed by John Kerry and the National Security Network make clear how utterly dangerous the Neo Con right of America have become.

A Sea of Green To Represent A Day of Mourning

Up to 34 demonstrators may have been killed by Government forces of Iran. The supporters of change are calling for a massive sea of green as a peaceful protest to both mourn the protesters and to continue pressure on the regime.

I will continue to allow the Twitter feeds from Mousavi1388 and #IranElection on here to reflect the latest news in Iran as it is happening.

Facebook may now ban Saeed Valadbaygi

Much of the news about what is happening in Iran has been sourced through a small minority of sources. Even the US State Department has been relying on Twitter reports to find out what is going on.

Given that, it is quite amazing that Saeed Valadbaygi is now facing a ban on Facebook.

These are the messages that they have sent him.

I have not even been able to add any more words to the pictures, there has been no need. They speak far more than the 1000 words allotted and I am in no way eloquent enough to add to the story that they tell.

Saeed Valadbaygi’s
blog remains a key source for news on Iran, direct from the Front line. It stands out for its coverage of events in Iran. The New York Times has said of it, “Revolutionary Road has been bringing constant updates on the Iran Riots from the front lines. We rely on citizens like these to get us news from the ground”.

His facebook gallery, simply called “Revolt”, combines images that outclass those of the so callled Professional Journalists we have based there. His artistic flair for his choice of photographs only confirms the sense of horror that the regime in Iran is trying to impose on its citizens.
